At Araza Natural Beauty, we want you to love your clean beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on products that don't meet your expectations. Our goal is to ensure your skin feels as good as it looks with our paleo-certified formulas.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your gently used items in their original packaging or a secure mailer to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Apply the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
